                        When

It's kind of hard to say when the RPG takes place, since the show is still going on. So in general it takes place after what we've seen in the US, but the episodes that are still being aired still have taken place. This way if an important plot twist happens, we can adjust to it... or ignore I guess if it could totally mess us up.
 
 
 

                       Where
The where would be Electro-City mainly, and anywhere else the players deem it necessary to go.
 
 

                             Plot
The plot is actually a series of individual RPs, like the show, it is not one long on-going story, but more like individual instances. Or to be most specific, whenever one of us gets a cool idea, we do it, until then it's just OOC talking or character/inter-character development.
