I can walk through walls! OUCH! No I can't.
Powergaming, the ultimate hated enemy of all roleplayers. Powergaming is where you make a character basically invurnable. Every character has limits and weaknesses, unless they're god of course, which no one in the Magician universe is, so there. We've all seen Ace be knocked out and on the verge of death before, so it's nothing new. It is understandable if certain villains needs to be extremely powerful at times, but remember, he'll be taken down eventually by the good guys.

Do Unto Others...
Respect the channel operators and your fellow players. Now if you just think about it, isn't kind of stupid to be rude to someone who can kick and ban you with the simple click of a button? That's what I thought. So in other words, don't be a butt. Remember what your mommy taught you, manners are always appreciated. If you can't be civil, you'll probably just be banned.

Soliciters Will Be Shot on Sight
"Come visit my channel!"
"Go here to find..."
Simply put, don't advertise, it will automatically earn you a kick (and maybe a kick/ban). It's one thing to tell someone a site that they're looking for something for, it's another to enter, and plug your channel/site. If you really feel like you have something you think the entire channel just NEEDS to know about, talk to an op, they'll put it in a topic if it's important enough.

I am at one with my duality
Another one of IRC's little lingos. IC means "In Character", OOC means "Out of Charater". In character is basically when you're RPing, and out of character is when you're just talking. Also (since I don't feel like putting this under another thing), RP your character realistically, Ace won't suddenly go on a shooting spree, and Black Jack would probably not be thrilled if he found out Mona and Ace were *ahem*

Joan of Arc heard voices too
Some times there a lull points in the channel, when absolutely nothing is going on, so yeah it's okay to just talk. But if someone is RPing, try not to just suddenly talk up a storm, it's extremely annoying. It's okay to make a comment every now and then, but don't interrupt anyone if you can see they're in the middle of RPing.

I have the power to channel my imagination into ever-soaring levels of suspicion and paranoia
Original characters are welcomed with open arms, we don't mind them a bit, the same goes for characters from other shows (although we would like them to have a legitimate reason for being there), if they're from a different time in such, you can do time warps and such (the founder loooooves time warps, just read her Road Rover fiction, it's FULL of them.)

Having control over myself is nearly as good as having control over others
At the moment, there is no character limit. If it gets out of hand, I will put a limit. And as for main characters from the show, I can't limit those yet, but if the RPG gets big, it'll be annoiyng to any newcomers that all the characters are being dominated by one person.

In some cultures what I do would be considered normal
Not everyone in the RPG is 18 and up, (not even me), so please, none of that. Sexual implications are okay, but do NOT go into detail, it's just plain nasty. There are private chats for that (and if you do that, I certainly do not want any of the details).

@#&(*#$(@$ -- Oh, hi Mom!!! ^^;;;;;;;
This isn't Final Fantasy 7, and you aren't Barret or Cid, so cussing like a sailor is obviously unacceptable. Being a teenager, I know sometimes a word slips here and there, and that's all right, just don't make it an extremely long line of crude words.
